It is opaque enough to be worn by itself, leggings-style. Manufaturer suggests that this is one size fits all. After testing on life models, seller modifies the sizing as one size fits up to size 12/5'6" tall. If you are borderline this maximum size, order at your own risk. [Sorry, we realized that the world of fashion is not very fair] For those of you who are familiar with Angelina Hosiery's products, this is kinda like the tights version of our ever-so-popular microfiber fleece socks.
